- During major drops, sales, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. International Shipping

- Pack Banditz is not responsible for seized, delayed, or confiscated packages by customs.
- International customers assume all risk when ordering.
5. Discreet Packaging
- All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no reference to cannabis, seeds, or Pack Banditz branding on the outside of the package.

6. Tracking Information
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving your tracking email.
7. Delivery Issues, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Pack Banditz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If you experience an issue:
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- If needed, reach out to us and we will assist where possible.
8. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.
- Pack Banditz is not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
9. Returns & Refunds
