Refund & Return Policy

Pack Banditz Seed Bank (“Pack Banditz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) stands behind the quality and authenticity of the products we carry. Due to the nature of our products and for biosecurity, quality control, and authenticity reasons, all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. All Sales Are Final
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted once an order has been placed and processed.
- This policy is strictly enforced to protect:
- Product integrity
- Genetic authenticity
- Customer safety
- Compliance with industry standards
Once products leave our facility, we cannot guarantee storage conditions or handling, and therefore cannot resell returned items.
2. Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been received and processing has begun.
- If you place an order in error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist before shipment, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- The wrong item, or
- An item that is damaged upon arrival
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will review the situation and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or store credit if the issue is verified. No refunds will be issued.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Seized Packages
- Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Pack Banditz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- We are not responsible for packages that are:
- Seized by customs
- Delayed by carriers
- Held or confiscated due to local regulations
All risk transfers to the customer once the package is shipped.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is considered fraudulent activity.
- We reserve the right to:
- Ban customers who initiate unjustified chargebacks
- Report fraudulent activity to payment processors and relevant platforms
We are always willing to work with customers to resolve legitimate issues.
